Tuitora operates as a facilitation platform connecting Tutors and Students. As such, refunds are generally not applicable.

1. Platform Fees

Tuitora does not collect tuition fees on behalf of tutors. Any platform-related fees, once access is granted, are not refundable.

2. Tuition Fees Between Tutors and Students

All tuition fees are agreed directly between Tutors and Students. Tuitora does not hold, process, or reverse any payments.

3. Common Situations

In the event of lesson cancellation, refunds or rescheduling are subject to the tutor’s own policies. Students are advised to clarify terms in advance.

If a student chooses to change tutors, previously paid fees are not refundable through Tuitora. Future lessons may be discontinued by mutual agreement.

Learning outcomes vary, and refunds are not provided due to differences in teaching style, expectations, or academic progress.

4. Exceptional Circumstances

In rare cases involving platform misuse, fraudulent activity, or clear policy breaches, Tuitora may review the situation and take appropriate action. This does not guarantee a refund.

Tutors are encouraged to clearly communicate fees, schedules, and policies upfront. Students and parents should confirm all terms before making any payments.
